About us
Who we are
For over 5 years we’ve been building AI systems that actually work where mistakes are costly — in accounting, in law, in customer service, or in sales. As specialists we’ve worked on projects for companies across very different industries: an industrial equipment marketplace, an accounting office, a law firm, and a marketing agency — and every time it came down to the same thing: building an agent a business can trust.
How we see the AI market
The AI solutions market is still fairly young and lacks clear standards. Many implementations we come across boil down in practice to a simple RAG system with a single prompt — which doesn’t unlock the full potential of AI. A language model on its own isn’t an assistant: it has no memory, can’t organize its own work, and can’t carry out a complex, multi-step analysis. Achieving that requires a design built on a well-thought-out architecture — with tools, specialized sub-agents, flow graphs, intelligent information retrieval, and systematic evaluation and tuning of output quality. That’s not something a single query to a language model can deliver.
How we work
We don’t build a single prompt and call it an "AI implementation." Every project is a well-thought-out architecture — with a clear division of responsibility between system components, control over where answers come from, and systematic quality evaluation before a solution reaches the team’s daily work. Where trustworthiness matters most (e.g. working with case files), the system cites the source of every answer and refuses to guess when it has no basis for one.
What sets us apart
- You talk directly to the person building your solution — not a sales team
- We build for production, not a demo that ends up in a drawer
- Clear scope and clear price set after a free consultation, no surprises along the way
